Cullman Oktoberfest runs on more than beer and brass bands — it runs on people who show up to make it happen. Volunteers are woven into nearly every corner of the festival: greeting guests, keeping lines moving, supporting vendors, and making sure the whole weekend feels effortless for everyone else.

Why Volunteer?
You don't need festival experience to join us, just a willingness to pitch in and be part of something bigger than yourself. In exchange, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at the festival, meet people from all over, and pick up a few skills along the way.
Cullman Oktoberfest has become a fall tradition families plan their year around, and that doesn't happen by accident. It happens because people like you decide to give a few hours of their time. If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you on the team.
How Volunteering Works
- Register — Complete the quick application, then choose your role, day, and time. Feel free to mix and match roles and days to experience as much of Oktoberfest as you'd like.
- Get Your Assignment — Receive confirmation for your chosen session(s) from our volunteer team. Ask questions, add more sessions if you like, and get ready to serve.
- Make an Impact — Show up for your session(s), help create a great experience for guests, and make new friends along the way.
